Election Law Reform Initiative in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, on the
Institute for Constitutional Government has analyzed Ranked Choice Voting and says, “So-called
reformers want to change process rules so they can manipulate election outcomes to obtain power.”
